How to set up your Email Accounts (Outlook Express) -
Setting up your email account on your computer using Outlook express:
You will need the user details (emal address and password) of your e-mail account
From the menu,
select Tools > Accounts
Internet Accounts
On the Internet Accounts screen,
select Add > Mail
Your Name
Enter your name
Click Next
Internet E-Mail Address
Enter your email address
Click Next
E-Mail Server Names
The top line should read My incoming mail server is a POP3 server.
On the first line [incoming mail server] enter mail.yourdomainname.com
On the second line [outgoing SMTP server] enter mail.yourdomainname.com
Click Next
Internet Mail Logon
Enter your Account Name and Password. Your Account Name is your full e-mail address (eg.
Tick the 'Remember password' box.
'Logon using SPA' box should be left unticked.
Click Next
Click Finish
You should now find yourself back on the Internet Accounts screen.
