• A deposit is required before work begins.

• Final payment is due upon project completion.

• Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.

We accept payments via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, code, and materials created by Cada Media Ltd remain our property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client will receive full rights to the agreed deliverables. Pre-existing intellectual property used in a project remains the property of the original creator.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and timely feedback. Any delays caused by failure to provide materials or approvals may affect timelines and deadlines.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection, Cada Media Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption resulting from the use of our services or website. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, business interruption, or reputational damage.
