This was a vital part of the entire process as without the automated emails hitting the inboxes with the bookings it would fall flat on its face. Being an old fart helps in these matters as we know how to avoid the spam traps and setup the email security to pass through the various servers with full PASS credentials. Global Carpets have an accounting software that needed to be aligned with the email server and so it made sure that correct handshaking was done on all sides and that emails functioned as expected.

The Google Calendar app is installed on a tablet and used by Paul when he is on his rounds working and managing the appointments. At the tap of a button he has the customers telephone number and Eircode location.
